Introduction
Iron RX, Inc. owns and operates ironmedrx.com (the “Site”). Your use of the Site, any part thereof, or anything associated therewith — including the services, features, content, and applications — collectively constitute the Iron RX Services (“Services”) offered by Iron RX, Inc. (“Iron RX”) and its affiliated Medical Groups and Providers (as defined below). Any products or services provided through the Site or any affiliated website, software, or application owned or operated by or in collaboration with Iron RX are governed by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Iron RX. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and Services. Even if you arrived at the Site through a third-party website or mobile application, you understand and agree that these Terms are entered into solely between you and Iron RX. By accessing the Site or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Iron RX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Requirements for Use
You must have compatible computing and/or mobile devices, internet access, and certain necessary software to use the Site. Data charges and fees may apply.
Your Relationship with Iron RX
Iron RX does not itself provide medical services. The Services may provide access to affiliated professional medical organizations (“Medical Groups”) that employ or contract with licensed medical providers and clinicians (“Providers”) who deliver Healthcare Services via the Site. All Providers are independent practitioners solely responsible for the Healthcare Services they provide.
Accessing the Site does not create a patient-provider relationship. The Site is not intended as comprehensive medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your Provider may determine that your condition requires an in-person visit and cannot be addressed through telehealth. IRON RX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ADVICE, TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS, OR OTHER INFORMATION OR SERVICES YOU OBTAIN THROUGH PROVIDERS OR MEDICAL GROUPS.
All Healthcare Services are provided by Providers licensed in the state where you are located, via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Providers may diagnose conditions and prescribe medications — including controlled and non-controlled substances — when clinically appropriate.
Independent Medical Judgment
Iron RX is not licensed to practice medicine and does not provide healthcare services. Iron RX does not control or interfere with the professional judgment of any Provider or Medical Group. Each Provider is an independent professional solely responsible for the care they deliver. After reviewing your information, a Provider will independently determine whether to prescribe medication, recommend alternative treatments, or refer you to other clinical resources.
Pharmacy Services
Iron RX does not operate as a pharmacy and does not control pharmacy services. By accepting these Terms, you understand that you may enter into a separate relationship with a pharmacy, pharmacist, or pharmacy group.

Electronic Communications
By accepting these Terms, you consent to Iron RX communicating with you electronically, including disclosures, notices, reports, and messages. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal written communication requirements. You should retain copies of important communications. Iron RX is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to read or comply with communications sent to you.
Access Rights and Prohibited Use
The Site is hosted in the United States. It is not intended for use in jurisdictions where it would be unlawful. Users outside the U.S. access the Site at their own initiative and are responsible for local law compliance.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or who can independently consent to Healthcare Services in their jurisdiction. Minors are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
You shall not:
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Site for any illegal purpose or activity
- Access the Site from a jurisdiction where it is unauthorized
- Use automated tools (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access or mine the Site
- Collect user information for unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or connected servers/networks
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Manipulate identifiers or headers to disguise your identity or origin
- Sell tobacco products through the Site
- Assist in concealing illegally gained money or products
User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you submit is true, accurate, and complete; (2) you will keep your information updated; (3) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (4) you are at least 18 years old or can independently consent to Healthcare Services; (5) you will not use automated means to access the Site; (6) you will not use the Site for unauthorized or illegal purposes; and (7) your use complies with all applicable laws. Iron RX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.
Your Protected Health Information (PHI)
Iron RX collects health and personal information (“Your Information”) to facilitate Healthcare Services, including scheduling, payment coordination, and Provider communications. Although Iron RX may not be a “Covered Entity” under HIPAA in all circumstances, your information may be protected under applicable laws.
By using the Services, you consent to Iron RX sharing Your Information with Medical Groups, Providers, pharmacies, and laboratories as needed to deliver Healthcare Services. Iron RX may, in certain circumstances, act as a “business associate” under HIPAA. Protected Information will be used and disclosed only as required by applicable law. Any non-protected information may be used as described in Iron RX’s Privacy Policy.
Proprietary Rights
Iron RX owns all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted materials. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Site content without Iron RX’s prior written consent. You may not remove any proprietary notices from Site content.
Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Site, please provide Iron RX’s Copyright Agent with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification and location of the infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent; and (6) your electronic or physical signature.

Iron RX will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Modifications to Site or Services
Iron RX reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance. Iron RX may block IP addresses at its sole discretion to protect Site integrity.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IRON RX PROVIDES THE SITE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IRON RX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
IRON RX DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ON THE SITE AND DOES NOT ENDORSE OR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY OPINIONS, ADVICE, OR STATEMENTS.
Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Iron RX is not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of such external sites and does not endorse them. Your dealings with third parties found through the Site are solely between you and those parties.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRON RX, ITS MEDICAL GROUPS, PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IRON RX’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO IRON RX FOR SERVICES. ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF WHEN THE CLAIM AROSE.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in [Your County] Court, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Iron RX, its subsidiaries, affiliates, Medical Groups, Providers, and their officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand — including attorney’s fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your postings or content, or your violation of any applicable law.
Notice
Iron RX may send you notices via email, SMS, regular mail, or Site postings. You are deemed to have received all notices that would have been delivered had you accessed the Site in an authorized manner.
Payments
You agree to pay all fees for Services and Healthcare Services. Prices may change at Iron RX’s discretion. By entering your payment information, you authorize Iron RX or its payment processors to retain your payment details for future charges including co-pays, missed appointments, past-due balances, and subscription fees.
You are responsible for all fees associated with Services, including those charged by Medical Groups, Providers, and pharmacies. Iron RX and its affiliated Providers have no obligation to deliver services until full payment is received.
Subscription Services: If you subscribe to recurring services, your payment method will be automatically charged at the stated interval. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@ironmedrx.com. You will retain access through the end of your billing period.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STATED IN ANY REFUND POLICY, ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Services. Iron RX may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services. The following provisions survive termination: Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law, Entire Agreement, and Assignment.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any supplemental policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iron RX regarding use of the Site. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in full effect. Iron RX’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. Your account is non-transferable and all account rights terminate upon your death.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Iron RX may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
State coverage
Currently offering services in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. Some services may not be available in all 50 states or Washington D.C. Subject to change.
